Holiday Hours Update
Bok Choy wishes everyone a Happy Holiday!!
As much as we want to serve you during the Holidays, our staff deserves some time to spend with their families.
So here are our hours (updated) for the coming Holidays:
12/24 Christmas Eve: 11:30am – 9:00pm
12/25 Christmas Day: CLOSED
12/31 New Year’s Eve: 11:30am – 9:00pm
1/1 New Year’s Day: 2:30pm – 9:00pm
Our hours will return to normal starting on 1/2/2012

Smoke gets in your eyes
We received word today that our smoked salmon supplier has a new and safe batch ready to ship. Just in the nick of time. We are on our last slab.
Smoke Screen
Due to the recent problems with smoked salmon manufacturers, we have decided to hold all smoked salmon menu items after our current supply runs out. We will not be using any alternative supplier(s) due the similar concern as well as quality issues.
The most important factor for this decision was the health and safety of our customers. Therefore we also urge you to be careful when purchasing any types of smoked salmon for your holiday events.
We sure hope they will take care of the situation and we can continue to bring you products like the Philadelphia Maki, and the new Norwegian Maki.

Holiday Hours
It’s the most wonderful time of the year again, and we have a few changes to our hours to accomodate the holidays:
We will be CLOSED on the following days:
ThanksGiving Day: Thursday, November 24th, 2011
Christmas Day: Sunday, December 25th, 2011
Finally, we will start the New Year on Sunday, January 1st, 2012 at 3:00pm.

New Online Ordering Update.
Hi everyone, just a quick update to let you know that the account transfer has been completed this morning. The new ordering site will be available for preview tomorrow and will be going live on Tuesday.

We want to apologize to those who tried to sign up via the new online order site, unfortunately, those profiles will be deleted. We are currently working on moving everyone’s login info from the old site to the new one. That should be ready ready to go by Friday, I hope.
